By downloading, installing, or using the Castellers mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Castellers is a mobile application that provides information and resources related to Catalan human towers (castells). The App offers both free and premium features.
Pro membership includes:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
The Lifetime Pro purchase is a one-time, non-recurring payment that provides permanent access to Pro features. This is not a subscription and will not automatically renew.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be made through Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://polmiro.github.io/castellers/privacy-policy.html.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
